This website and its content — including text, images, and design work shown in the gallery — are provided for informational purposes to help you learn about our mehendi services and make a booking enquiry. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse website content for commercial purposes without our permission.
Mehendi Bookings
Enquiries can be made via the contact form, WhatsApp, or phone. An enquiry does not guarantee availability. Once you share your event date, location, and mehendi requirements, we will confirm availability and discuss the details of your booking with you directly.
Pricing & Payments
Prices shown on this website are starting prices and are indicative only. Final pricing depends on factors such as design complexity, coverage, number of people, event location, and any custom requirements, and will be confirmed with you before your booking is finalised. Payment terms will be communicated and agreed with you at the time of booking.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only once availability, pricing, and event details have been agreed between you and Sumaiya Henna Artist, typically following a WhatsApp or phone conversation after your initial enquiry. An enquiry or message alone does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, please let us know as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule accordingly. Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms for your booking will be shared with you at the time of confirmation.
Travel / Location Charges
Home and venue service is available across Bangalore. Depending on the distance and location of your event, additional travel charges may apply — these will be communicated and agreed with you before your booking is confirmed.
Design References
If you share reference images or design ideas, these are used as inspiration for your custom design. Every mehendi design is applied freehand by hand, so the final result is an original adaptation rather than an exact reproduction of any reference image.
Photos & Portfolio
We may photograph completed mehendi work for our portfolio, website gallery, or Instagram. If you would prefer your design not be photographed or shared, please let us know before your session and we will respect that request.
Liability
While we make every effort to deliver bookings on time and as agreed, delays or changes may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. We will communicate promptly if this affects your booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from such circumstances.
